About Us

Mission

Frontline Resurrection (FLR) restores dignity, builds resilience, and empowers individuals and families in recovery and reentry through faith-rooted, trauma-informed peer support and community health services.

Who We Serve

  • Women and women with children

  • Individuals experiencing recovery or reentry

  • People facing substance misuse or serious mental illness

  • Individuals experiencing housing instability across New Mexico

How We Serve

  • Meeting people where they are

  • Walking alongside them to build lives they deserve

Vision

A community where every individual in recovery and reentry has access to safe housing, genuine peer support, community health and the opportunity to grow into leadership; where the road back is paved with dignity, not shame, and where faith and compassion meet evidence-informed practice for all people.

Values

Our values -- We value fostering faith and hope within our residents. We strive to provide wrap-around comprehensive care through our partnerships in behavioral health. We value peer support and mentoring programs, and we encourage our residents to engage with those who provide strong, healthy leadership and community engagement.

Leadership Institute

The FLR Leadership Institute is a structured, paid internship program designed to transform lived experience into professional expertise for women in recovery or reentry. The intensive pathway equips participants with trauma-informed peer support skills and leadership capacity while creating direct economic opportunities and viable careers in behavioral health. You can learn more by visiting the FLR Leadership Institute.

Galations 5:1 TPT

Let me be clear, the Anointed One has set us free—not partially, but completely and wonderfully free! We must always cherish this truth and stubbornly refuse to go back into the bondage of our past.
