Leadership Institute

The Frontline Resurrection Leadership Institute is a transformative initiative designed to equip women in reentry and recovery with the confidence, skills, and spiritual grounding to lead in their communities and in their own lives. Rooted in Frontline Resurrection’s mission to support women transitioning from trauma, addiction, incarceration, and instability, the Leadership Institute blends faith-based mentorship with practical development opportunities that foster personal & professional growth, resilience, and servant leadership.

Participants are guided through intentional learning experiences that deepen their relationship with Jesus, amplify their unique gifts, and build essential life and leadership competencies that empower them to step boldly into new roles of influence, purpose, and service. This program reflects Frontline Resurrection’s commitment to walking alongside women as they discover strength, restore hope, and become catalysts for positive change in New Mexico!
